Spicy chicken with mushrooms and sour cream

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil;
- 2 onions;
- 400 g of chicken fillet;
- 250 g of champignons or other mushrooms;
- 1 ½ tablespoon paprika;
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste;
- 200 ml of chicken broth;
- 100 ml of sour cream;
- salt - to taste;
- ground black pepper - to taste.
Preparation
Heat the oil in a sauté pan, place a thinly sliced onion there and cook for 10 minutes until it softens. Cut the meat into cubes, and mushrooms - with plates and add to onions. Fry 3-4 minutes on high heat, season with paprika and cook another minute.
Add the tomato paste and broth and cook for 5-8 minutes until the pork is soft. Put sour cream, salt and pepper and mix well. Serve with rice, pasta or mashed potatoes.
