The legend, the epic morning after....the full English!
I must say, in London one of the best has to be St Helens Cafe in Ladbroke Grove.
Never been a fan of black pudding until my recent trip to Scotland where I was introduced to Stornoway black pudding ....the Real black gold!
Thanks for the post, stuck at work with no way of having a full English .
Cheers mate ! :)
No I have not, but that is going to change pretty soon. Went to St. Helens after climbing at the west way , pretty good combination of events for a Sunday morning.
I live in Kensal rise so will definitely do mikes cafe.
Thanks for the insider tip yo!
Black pudding is a mysterious element, I remember enjoying it when I tried it years ago but don't have the strength to try it again, I class it as optional
Thanks for sharing. I had the pleasure of visiting London at the end of May and I had a breakfast like the one in the photo above! Great stuff! In my opinion breakfast is still one of the best deals on the menu?
Visited London last year and stayed at Sea Containers in Southbank for two weeks. We only tried full English breakfast a few times at a few different places and I couldn't bring myself to try the black pudding but give me eggs and ham with scones and jam anyday.
Great post. I love a good fry up myself. Also love the graffiti... Hope you're not the artist, seems a little harsh!
Anyway have you tried white pudding? I think you can get it in Scotland, I've always been slightly concerned about what it could be made of!

White pudding? That's a new one on me! I will research this thoroughly
Very courageous! Do so with caution!
Sheesh! If black pudding is old crusty blood, then white pudding must be old crusty..... YUK!
Cg
That looks really tasty!
yummy!
The thing that spoils the Full English breakfast is snotty eggs - PLEASE cook the eggs properly, it's not difficult.
Good post... now I'm hungry :)
