I've gone vego, 2 weeks in!

With out a thought I've been eating totally vegetarian, it's been great. I haven't missed meat at all due to my wife creating these interesting and tasty meals each night. This one is last nights dinner, cauliflower and fetta cheese fritters, fried in olive oil. Delish. The dip is a sour cream, lemon juice and garlic. Stay tuned, I've been taking pics of my meals and will be blogging about them on here and my Facebook.
One other point is that I've lost 2kg since eating this way even though my hunger has increased and I've been eating more! Loving it so far. Peace
