This is an awesome post! Thanks for the info and the recipe. I always find that the ones you buy at the store are too hard and they break apart as soon as you try to put anything in them. I will definitely be trying this out at home. They look delicious!
I know! The ones in the supermarkets are tough to fill in... thats why I decided to make these at home.. I missed the authentic pita taste!!
