Lemon cake with lemon syrup

Lemon Cake A fun cakes with lemon flavors. If you can make this cake, there will be many tests to eat this cake. Besides, it is added to lemon syrup. Because of which vanilla essence or any other flavoring agent is not added. You must definitely try in the house.

Ingredients
For the cake
Soybean oil or butter: 2 cups
Sugar 1 + 1/3 cup
Egg: 4
Milk 1/2 cup
Lemon juice 4 tablespoons
Lemon Rand: 1 lemon
Baking powder: 1 tablespoon
Flour: 2 cups
For syrup
Sugar: 1/2 cup + 2 teaspoons
Hot water: 3 teaspoons of water
Lemon juice 4 tablespoons

Steps

Make the cake

Step 1
Give the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.

Step 2
Keep the oil / butter / ghee in the 9 inch baking pan, as the cake does not fall on the baking.

Step 3
Bit oil and sugar together.

Step 4
Take a bit and mix the eggs in a little bit.

Step 5
Now give milk, lemon juice and Lemon Rin.

Step 6
Add flour and baking powder separately and add the liquid mixture to the rice.

Step 7
Bake up to 35 minutes. Check with a toothpick to see if the middle of the box is okay.

Make syrup

Step 1
Keep stirring until sugar is throat. Pour the syrup over the cake immediately after the cake is baked. Serve after the cake cools down.
