Casserole with spinach and cottage cheese
Fried curd casserole with spinach, eggs and grated cheese. Absolutely
without flour. Very satisfying, tasty, useful. And besides, it's easy.
300 g of spinach ice cream
bunch of green onions
4 eggs
400 g cottage cheese
2 cups of grated cheese
salt, pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 170 C. Lightly grease the baking dish.
Thaw the defrosted spinach in a saucepan, cook over medium heat,
stirring, until softening, about 5 minutes. Drain and wring out the
liquid. Add chopped green onions, lightly beaten eggs, cottage cheese
and grated cheese. Salt-pepper to taste. Put into a baking dish.
Bake without covering in the oven at 170 C for 45 minutes. Remove from
oven and sprinkle with crumbs from crackers. Return to the oven and
cook for another 15 minutes, or until the omelet becomes dense in
consistency.
