Pear cake
A gentle cupcake with pears and nuts, without dairy products.
3 cups flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
2 cups of sugar
2 cups of cleaned pounded pears
1 cup chopped nuts
2 tsp. vanilla
In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, soda, salt and
cinnamon. Make a groove in the center of the bowl.
In another bowl, mix the vegetable oil, eggs, sugar, grated pears,
nuts and vanilla. Stir well. Add to the recess in the center of the
bowl. Mix only until dry ingredients become wet. Spoon the dough into
2 oiled and flour-strewed bread baking dishes with a size of 20x12cm.
Bake in preheated to 165 C oven for 75 minutes. Allow to cool before
putting it out of the molds.
