Ingredients
160 bj
250 gr butter (fitting an Anchor)
250 gr margarine (I use Blue Band cake & cookies)
100 gr refined sugar
2 eggs yellow btr
100 gr cheese edam, finely grated
500 gr of flour key
100 gr maize
100 gr milk powder (I pake Dancow)
Substance:
1 egg yolk btr
egg yolk coloring (I dont use it)
For topping:
25 gr grated cheddar cheese (I pake Kraft)
Step
Mixer butter, margarine, refined sugar approximately 5 minutes until somewhat pucet. Enter yellow eggs, shake evenly aja aja.
Add grated edam cheese, mix well with spatula. Add the key flour, cornstarch and powdered milk while sieving 3 parts. Stir well using spatula, do not use hand yaaa ... Must use spatula!
