Ingredients
- 100 g of granular cottage cheese;
- 250 ml of milk;
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard;
- 1 teaspoon cumin;
- salt and black ground pepper - to taste.
Preparation
Pound the cottage cheese with milk.
In the resulting mass, add mustard, cumin,
salt and pepper. Stir well.
Keep the sauce in the refrigerator.
