I've always wanted to do a juice fast but I don't have a juicer :( But however, I am making some green smoothies. Like my most recent one has bananas, pineapples, spinach, kale, small amount of ginger, and a little fresh squeezed lime juice. I've never been big into green drink or juicing but it's something I'm wanting to try out. Thank you for this great post!

You're right! I didn't think about that. My mom actually has tons of them, she uses them to strain the ground up rice when making horchata. lol
