Hello Steemit Friends! It's a Southern Foods Classic Dish- Macaroni & Cheese! It is perfect for the winter time! I actually make mine with Gluten free pasta but you can use your favorite! Here are the top 7 reasons why Macaroni & Cheese can improve your life! I think you should be in the mood to cook, or at least a good mood as your feelings can sometimes enter the food cooking system. It should be a pleasant and nice experience. You will be rewarding people with something tasting really great!

Per Cup of Macaroni & Cheese, the milk and cheese Provides us with these essential vitamins and health benefits:

Recipe:

3 cups pasta cooked-

3 eggs

1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

1 Cup milk Vit. D

1 12 oz. package Cheddar Cheese- Shredded

1 12 oz. package of shredded mozzarella cheese

1 8 oz. colby & monterey jack cheese cubed in small pieces.

salt & pepper to taste

3 tablespoons cream cheese

3 tablespoons real butter

Add all ingredients into buttered an and bake at 350 for an hour or until set and golden brown.

Cage free eggs are really worth it, they are $1.99 at our Sav a lot grocery store so the prices are really affordable now. They are way better and I urge you to try them. :-)

Boil your water and add a little salt and olive oil to water, stir pasta after pouring it in and bring to rapid boil-after 7 minutes or so according to your pasta, it should be done. Drain and mix in bowl with other ingredients.

Drain and add to bowl to mix together.....

Stir everything until mixed well.

You will see the butter and cheese all melting as the pasta is still hot. Butter your baking dish then add pasta.

Grease it well, you don't want it to stick to the pan.

Place in the oven and cover with tin foil with spray or butter on it. Use a cookie sheet as a liner. I had more mozzarella cheese so added that on top with cheddar underneath...
