What is your favourite meal and why?

I'll write first about my own.

Definitely Lasagne

Being half Italian, love to lasagne is in my blood :-) This tasty meal reminds me of my childhood, a family dinner in the garden when granny cooked her signature dish. No one is ever gonna cook lasagne better than she.

I have far too many favorite foods, and they range across the whole day. Breakfast provides so many great foods, but I do love a good breakfast burrito. Scrambled eggs, cheese, chorizo, hot sauce, fresh salsa, all wrapped up in soft tortilla.

Lunch is also tough, because I love sandwiches, soups, salads, pastas and any combinations of the aforementioned. Homemade tomato soup with a grilled ham and cheese, Cobb salad, chef salad, hamburger and fries, they all are favorites. Hard to pick one out of the bunch.

Dinners are just as hard to choose from, but I do love a perfectly cooked salmon with a flavorful vegetable medley. We usually use tomato, garlic, lemon, yellow squash and fresh corn, with various seasonings added.

Snacks and desserts are also not easy to pick. I love melon of any kind, and chocolate anything is usually a favorite.
