I also never tried lemon curd. Can I freeze it? Thanks for your post!!
My lemon curd cupcakes freeze well and the curd seems fine after having been frozen. I have never tried freezing a batch of it on its own. I'll do a little test today but remember it will keep for a month in the fridge.
