Recipe with 3 ingredients 🌸 my new recipe on steemit :)

Theres nothing more practical than this recipe.. well.. actually i know recipes with 2 ingredients also, because I'm not thay good in the kitchen and I'm always learning easy ways for cooking hahahaha
This is basically:

• 1 lt of milk
• 5 eggs
• old bread

(You can add sugar, vanilla extract, raisins, etc.. that's if you prefer it)

You just mix the 3 ingredients in a bowl.

bread the amount necessary until is not that dry and now that liquid. The bread absorbs the milk, don't add so much bread until the milk is all absorbed.

Put the mix on a oven mold with a little of oil or butter, and to the oven in medium heat for half an hour aprox.. until you introduce a knife and comes almost clean.. doesn't come very clean because it will have a flan consistency.

You can serve it warm or cold, with honey, condensed milk, icecream..etc.
