Low budget rice and beans porridge recipe

Today we are going to be cooking rice and beans with the little money you have very affordable but very rich. What's the essence of not eating healthy with the little you have so come along with me let me show you how to cook a low budget rice and beans.
To begin this are the ingredients that I use.
- Rice
- Beans
- Chicken
- Crayfish
- Tomato
- Onions
- Palm oil
- Pepper
- Seasoning
- Spices
- Onions
So now that our ingredients are ready let's go along and cook.
First parboiled the rice and beans, that's what I did and then mixed them together. Then seasoned and steamed the chicken and keep them aside for the cooking to begin.
Wash and parboiled the rice and beans differently before mixing it together, depending on the level of softness of each.

I used palm oil to make the gravy for the rice and beans, I added the palm oil then the tomato and stir, added seasoning and spices to make it tasty.
I added the seasoned chicken then I stir it evenly till done, tasted it and it was done for the rice and beans.
I poured the gravy to the mail rice and beans pot and allow it to cook very well.

I ate mine with cucumber, it was really nice.
Please when it comes to meals that we eat, we shouldn't be selfish to ourselves. Try as much as possible to make your meal healthy because doing this will help us avoid having some diseases and it also helps to build our immune system to resist some bacterial infections that set in to our body to cause some sickness.
