Making pancakes with ripe plantain
Hi guys welcome to my blog today I'm going to show you how I made pancake for my baby's lunch. I like making different recipes of food for my baby but it's healthy.
Ingredients
- Egg
- Plantain
- Onions
- Butter
- Garlic
- Tomato sauce
- Fresh tomatoes
- Oat
- Flour
- Salt to taste
- Seasoning to taste
Steps
The steps are very easy to do and to remember, first arrange all your ingredients together be sure you have fresh and healthy ingredients.
I added all the ingredients in the blender and blend it till smooth
I added fresh tomatoes to it and blend as well.
My paste is ready for frying so I added seasoning to taste.
I greased the pot with butter, then fry the paste bit by bit
So most times I always like to twist my baby's food with some healthy ingredients. I discovered that whenever I add a twist to her meal, she always make her enjoy it.

Noodles, fried egg with veggies.
I also made moi moi with ripe plantain for her as well. So exploring this different recipe what the time and energy has it is nutritious to the body It also helps to fight some complicated illness in the body. Most ingredients used serves as antioxidants and boost immune system.
Vitamins are essential too, so all the veggies included serves as vitamin.
