Dietary soufflé with bitter chocolate
Delicate souffle, low-calorie, for its preparation, low-fat cottage cheese is used.
cottage cheese 2% 500 g
milk 1.5% 100 ml
cocoa powder 25-30 g
gelatin 15-20 g
salt 1 pinch
chocolate black bitter 65% (for sprinkling)
sugar substitute to taste
Gelatine from the sachet pour a glass of cold water for half an hour, the product should swell.
Pour low-fat milk, pour in cocoa powder and any sugar substitute, salt.
Put the mixture on a quiet fire, warm until the cocoa is dissolved, do not boil. Add low-fat cottage cheese, stir. Turn the products into a homogeneous mass with a blender.
Dilute the souffle in the form, put in the refrigerator for two hours, you can at night.
Before serving, dip the bottom of the mold into boiling water and turn over onto a plate, decorate the dessert with dark grated chocolate.
