Ingredients:

preparation:
Boil the carrots in uniforms, in salted water, until they are half cooked. Cool, peel and cut into slices.
Heat resistant dishes grease with margarine and put carrots in the bottom.
Wash the fish fillets, dry them with a paper towel, salt and pepper and put them in the carrots. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Crumble the bread and mix with the parsley. Put the fish. Top with sour cream.
