En el princiopi solo era el hombre el ser humano desde el principio a tenido la nesecidad de comer para sobre vivir y asi poco a poco fue probando y mezclado hasta tratar de suplir todas las nesecidades.
Mezclas de ingredientes ensayo error , productos buenos ,productos malos en fin entre tanta busqueda y neseciad el humano aprendio a comer,

no fue hasta que aprendio hacer fuego que experimento cocinar desde hay una infinidad de ideas a tenido a la humanidad ensayando con el paladar, hasta tenemos cocina molecular un paso para el hombre, un gran paso para la humanidad.
)El cocinar a sido para grandes y pequeños una gran pasión, reyes , plebeyos jovenes y no tanto siempre son atraidos por el arte de combinar elementos que sean agradables al paladar dulces , salados, amargos, ácidos y hasta la combinación de colores y todos los elementos mantiene a grandes de los fogones ocupados para los grandes paladares del mundo.
Aqui vomienza este gran viaje por el territorio Venezolano llevando los fogones y sus interpretes como principal protagonista de este magico mundo de la alquimia culinaria de VENEZUELA
