moi moi (beans pudding)

Hi friends around the world, this a special delicacy you can’t avoid to miss, taste this out “moi moi (beans pudding)” Nigerian nutritious meal, you can prepare it and enjoy it yourself
Ingredients
1kg of Mackerel (fish)
A cup of sliced onions
one(1) cup of crayfish
three(3) cups of beans
seasoning (maggi 2 – 3 cubes)
Salt small quantity, Vegetable Oil
fresh pepper and Seven cooked eggs

Step 1: Sprinkle put the beans in water, but don’t allow it to soak, peel off the outer shell or outer coat by squeezing the beans between your hands. When it seems most of the shell have been peel off, separate the beans from the outer coat. Dispose the outercoat of the beans, and then put the bean in a bowl. Add the fresh pepper (i.e shobo, open it into two, removes the seeds to avoid unpleasant taste in your bean puddingh), crayfish, onion and then grind. Ensure that you grind very well (smooth).
Step2: the fresh or frozen fish parboil first, and then use your hand to squash a bit the fish over the grinded beans. At this point you can use beef in place of the fish. Add vegetable oil to the beans while still in bowl, also add seasoning 2 cubes, the fish water and salt. This mixture. Distribute this mixture into your cooking plates and add eggs on top of each plates.
step3: put water in your cooking pot and place the cooking plates in the pot and allow it to boil for close to 50 minutes. Drop the cooking pot from your gas cooker and remove the moi moi from the cooking plate…………..your are then ready to serve and eat……………very tasty don’t miss this
Nigerian moi moi (beans pudding) can also be served alone, I love it.
