Healthy meals
After spending amazingly tasty weeks in Australia, both my sister and I gained a few kilograms. So we thought it would great to eat less greasy food and work out more. Eating healthy was far more fun than I expected though working our was not so much fun. I wouldn't have been able to eat healthy and yet delicious food without help of my sister. Here are some pictures of our attempts to eat healthy :)
Avocado, roasted vegetables and olive dips. I also remember having slices of whole wheat bread but prolly didn't take any picture of that.
Mango, passion fruit and Greek yogurt for dessert. Fresh fruits are always great for refreshing your palate.
Sushi bento. It looked good on the menu, even more tasty when I actually had it. I still don't know what kind of dressing was put in my salad but I remember it was tasty.
우와 군침돌아요..ㅠㅠ아...너무너무먹고싶어요~부럽슴다~
다이어트도 해야하고 먹고 싶은 것도 많고 ㅋㅋㅋ 항상 어렵네요
