MY FRUITS SERIES๐๐๐๐๐๐
๐Fruits are rich in nutrients like vitamins, potassium, folic acid, etc. It should be an important part of your diet and my diet.๐
๐The adequate time to eat fruits most times is an hour before eating or one-two hours after having your meal.๐
๐I learnt that eating fruits with meals actually slows digestion activities. Eating fruits do help one feel full most times which helps one eat just a few calories thus keeps your weight in check.๐

Fruits do reduce the risk of coming down with certain disease condition such as heart disease.
It curbs the risk of coming down with cancer, high blood pressure, allergies, stroke etc.

Nice post..no wonder you are always looking good....
That is nice post regarding usefulness of fruits. But I didn't know it has food interaction too. And it is impractical to wait for another one hour to start taking fruits. We have other things to do, isn't?
