My hubby (who reads loads more than I do) says Portugal has the lowest cost of living in Europe, so I hope that you decide to move here. There are large English communities sprouting up everywhere!
Now that is an enticing prospect. That is the beauty of Steemit.. I would like to supplement my income by blogging about travelling Europe. I have friends who stay just outside Lisbon so we will use them as a base whilst we explore Portugal as an option.
