we generally know that
Tofu is one of the side dishes made from soybeans, tofu is quite familiar to everyone, In general know served by the way in fried or in stir-fry, sometimes it seems that just make a lot of people feel bored to eat it.

but some chefs can change the tofu in such a way that it becomes a delicious and luxurious food, just like the place I just visited, in a restaurant in Lhokseumawe city, Aceh, Indonesia. here they make a special tofu and they call it "tofu crispy".

coupled with a little spicy sauce makes this dish very tasty and more challenging when we eat it, I think this is one of the culinary you should try.
