My dear foodies,

For today I bring a rich recipe full of aroma, acidic by using citrus, you'll love it and surely want to repeat it, this is a delicious sorbet of mango and orange, if you live in Europe I know it's a little complicated to buy mango, but if we travel to South America for example we can make this recipe without any problem, the mango is native to India, but the Spaniards took mango to America and was given very well because the mango is easily reproduced in tropical climates.

If you don't have a robot to make this recipe like the magnificent Thermomix, don't worry, because we can quietly crush the ingredients and then reserve it and let them cool for a certain time in our freezer.

And if your thing is to make some gourmet presentation either to surprise your family or friends when they are visiting home, I recommend you to cut a strip of orange in julienne or better yet grate it to place it on top of our sorbet once finished.

This drink is special for the summer season. Come and join me to see how this exquisite recipe is prepared.
