Dip, dip, dip those bread chips!
Some of you know I have a special relationship with carbs. What could be better than this combo of bread chips and cheesy artichoke and spinach dip?
Ingredients
CHIPS
1,2, 3 flat bread
Olive oil
Chilli flakes
DIP
50g artichoke (canned)
100 g spinach
2 garlic cloves
1 greek yogurt
All the cheese in the world (I used cream cheese, emmentaler, parmesan)
Salt and pepper
Cut the flat bread into triangles. Brush them with olive oil and chilli flakes. Bake them for about 5-7 minutes at 190C.
In a pan with olive oil, cook garlic, spinach and artichoke for about 15 minutes. Add yogurt, cheese and mix well. Let it rest 10 minutes, if you have the patience.

dont know how to make the dip myself but ive tasted it before and its great
It's very easy. The yogurt will give the creaminess of your dip. You just need to mix these ingredients :) let me know if you need some virtual "help" :)
