I've cut most of the animal product from my diet, but I'm not looking to go full vegan yet. I'll take vegan options when they are available.
I don't eat red meat often(altho I do love it!), altho I do eat a lot of fish and a bit of chicken. supposedely the impossible burger tastes exactly like beef!
Veg can taste great when it tastes like veg too :)
