Tartlets
Ingredients:
• 500g of flour.
• 125g of butter.
• 150g of sugar.
• ½ teaspoon of vanilla essence.
• 2 eggs
For the filling
• 150g of corn starch.
• 2 lemons.
• 200g of sugar.
• 400ml of water.
• 2 egg yolks
Preparation:
In a table or in a bowl, place the flour, butter, sugar, vanilla and eggs until a sandy mixture is obtained, take to the refrigerator wrapped with a plastic and let stand for 1 hour. Before assembling the dough in the molds, once the time has passed, place the dough in the molds and with the fingertips spread all over the edges, bake for 20 minutes.
For the filling
Place the cornstarch in a cup, beat with the yolks of the eggs in a pot, place the water, the juice of the lemons and the sugar, once the water adds the fecula while stirring, mix constantly with a wooden pallet and then bring the cookie caps and ready, ready the preparation to taste with my little one.
