Vegan Ultimate Black bean burger! - FAST FOOD CAN BE HEALTHY!
LOVE burgers! This one is really good, satisfying and healthy!
You will need:
- 2 wholegrain buns
- 1 avocado
- 1 can 270 g of black beans
- Cabbage salad (cabbage, carrots, red pepper, olive oil, salt, sugar)
- fresh onion
That is really an easiest burger!
Just open the can, drain the beans, smash them with fork, add some salt, pepper (any spicys you like), form the burgers and fry on the pan with some olive oil!
Smash the avocado and place it on the bun, cover with onions, besn burger and cabbage salad, cover with the bun and enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Healthy, quick and easy!!!!
