So, I decided to challenge myself and make white sandwich bread for the first time to cut down on costs. In Korea, bread can be anywhere from $3 to $5 a loaf which is ridiculous, but I understand because Korean people don't eat bread often and it is not in demand therefore it is expensive.

My kids like to eat bread. I really like to eat fresh warm bread, so what's fresher than coming straight from my own oven?
