Crab is one type of marine life that can be eaten, there are many types of crabs, but not all can be eaten. Some are toxic, some also contain high protein. I often eat crabs, sometimes I cook with soup or I make a friend of instant noodles
I'm not discussing the types of crabs. I know you'll be able to choose which crabs are edible and which ones are not. But, for me personally, I often eat crabs that are less clean.
This I know when I accidentally bit the sand from the crab meat.
I have bought 1kg of crabs that I will cook with instant noodles, with natural herbs, like red peppers, onions, cilantro, garlic, and tomatoes.
As for the complementary herbs, already available seasoning sachets in each pack of instant noodles.
As you have read the title of this post, I will be more focused on the discussion related to crab cleaning. Because, according to their habitat, crabs are water creatures that are often located in the mud/sand area.
So, I have to ensure cleanliness with great care. To clean the crab, I have prepared a brush, a knife and a pair of scissors.
Why should there be a brush?
Well, for the brush, we will use it to clean between the legs and the body of the crab, I see clearly, that there is mud that still attached to the body of the outer crab.
Therefore, the brush can clean it all up. Use scissors to cut each crab toe, so that the sauce seep in, and crab fat can come out to provide a delicious crab taste.
Knife, use a knife to cut the inside of the crab fins, after you split it in half. And you move the outer shell of the crab to take the egg.
That's my process of cleaning the crabs until then I cook with a delicious instant noodle. You can try it at home, cleanliness is everything, because cleanliness is very influential on health.
