Yum looks delicious :) I've never tried to steam a cake but the locals around here keep telling me to give it a try, I'll have to now with this recipe :) Thanks for sharing!
Steaming makes it more airy, it's certainly tasty in its own way, hope the recipe works out well (:
I’m going to have to look into steaming as well, I’ve never tried that for baking either... I love my cakes more light and fluffy and that sounds like it would do the trick!
