Walnut Puff Pastry 核桃酥
This is a traditional Chinese dessert and contains rich nutrition. As we all know walnut has the best antioxygenic effect, its nutritional value is very high. Frequent walnut consumption is associated with physical fitness and anti-aging. Some people tend to eat tonic. In fact, eating a walnut every morning and evening can win tonic. It was very crispy and has a rich walnut flavor. Simple and easy to do.
Now let's start.
Ingredients:
- low-gluten flour 340 g
- walnut 5
- eggs 2
- Baking powder 2 g
- Baking soda 2 g
- sugar 50 g
- butter 80 g
Instructions:
1, Cut butter into small pieces, place it in a large mixing bowl, soften it at the room temperature .
2, Add in sugar, stir well, then add in eggs until light and fluffy.
3, Bake or cook the walnut and then peel walnut ,put it in a food drag , use a rolling pin to beat it.
3, In a large bowl , add in sifted low-gluten flour, baking powder baking soda and walnut.
4, Knead into dough using your hand, cover and put it aside for 30 minutes.
5, Take the dough ,knead it for a short time ,divided into several small pieces ,knead it into a ball.
6,Place these small balls in the baking tray wrapped with foil tin ,press it down to flatten, brush egg liquid on the surface of it .
7, Preheat the oven to 160 degrees, bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown.

低筋面粉 340 g
核桃 5个
鸡蛋 2个
泡打粉 2 g
小苏打 2 g
糖 50 g
黄油 80 g
做法:
1、黄油切小块,室温软化
2、加入糖搅拌均匀,再加入鸡蛋搅拌
3、加入过筛的低筋面粉,泡打粉,小苏打
4、用手揉成面团,醒30分钟。
5、面团醒好,揉几下,分割成若干个小剂子,揉成小球。
6、放到铺好锡纸的烤盘上,按扁,表面刷蛋液。
7、烤箱预热,160度约30分钟。表面蓬松,金黄即可。
