Ikan Bakar Bumbu Parape...
Bahan yang harus disediakan
7 ekor ikan kembung ukuran sedang. Belah di bagian punggungnya. Jgn sampai putus
Bumbu halus:
Cabe merah keriting 5 buah
Cabe rawit segenggam
B. Merah 6 siung
B. Putih 3 siung
Kemiri 4 buah
Tomat 3 buah diris halus
Pelengkap :
Daun kemangi dan jeruk nipis
Caranya:
Campur bumbu halus dgn perasan jeruk nipis dan daun kemangi. Aduk hingga tercampur rata. Setelah rata, masukkan kedalam kedua sisi punggung ikan yg sdh dibelah. Kemudian bakar hingga matang. Sajikan dgn nasi hangat... Selamat mencoba.
