Delicious looking as always, and I always have a pack of tortillas in the freezer, so I can take one out and it just needs 1 minute per side on a hot pan to be ready to use.
It all looks really good, but I think I would lose the pineapple. I'm not a very big fan of mixing sweet and savoury.
I love how you can order ready made food to cook. We have the same thing here, but I cannot get to the name right now.
