I understand. This is really just a list of my personal favourites. I love the food from Southeast Asia and I think that Indonesian is particularly good. I first discovered it in Holland years ago where there is a large Indonesian community. Babi Panggang was always on the Rice Tables in restaurant buffets there. I later travelled to Indonesia and ate it again. Thanks for your comment and the information, it is appreciated.
