Lunch at accompany grilled red snapper and desserts (bilingual)
Today is indeed a very sunny day. So is the exact state of the companions of steemian all are definitely in a healthy state. I am very happy because today when I came home at rest Office my wife just finished cooking a grilled red snapper fish very tasty also accompanied dessert pickled cucumbers my fondness for Aceh. Although my wife berpropesi as a general practitioner but if reserved cuisine not inferior to a five star restaurant cuisine.
For myself it was the lunch dishes are very delicious. May I share the recipe for friends who want to experience the deliciousness of grilled fish.
Required materials
- the main ingredients:
- 1000 grams of Red Snapper (according to the preferred fish)
- 1 cup cooking oil
- Pan
- The toaster
Spice paste:
- 50 g Pecans
- 2 cm turmeric
- 1 cm ginger
- 7 cayenne pepper fruit
- 2 red chilies
- 8 cloves shallots
- 4 cloves garlic
How to cook it:
- Enter the cooking oil into the frying pan
- Enter the seasonings in the puree, stir fry until fragrant.
- Then enter fish and stir in spices until evenly distributed.
- Preheat the grill then sear fish until brownish yellow (ripe)
- Once the fish is cooked, lift arranged in plates
- Finish and enjoy
More taste in spicy soy sauce and enjoy with white rice.
Makan Siang di Temani Ikan kakap merah dan hidangan penutup
Hari ini sungguh hari yang sangat cerah. Begitu juga pastinya keadaan para sahabat steemian semua pasti dalam keadaan sehat. Saya hari ini sangat senang karena saat saya pulang ke rumah pada saat istirahat kantor istri saya baru selesai memasak ikan kakap merah bakar yang sangat lezat juga di temani hidangan penutup acar timun Aceh kesukaan saya. Walaupun istri saya berpropesi sebagai Dokter Umum tapi kalau soal masakan tidak kalah dengan masakan restoran bintang lima.
Bagi saya sendiri ini merupakan masakan makan siang yang sangat lezat. Mungkin saya bisa membagi resepnya bagi teman-teman yang ingin merasakan kelezatan ikan bakar ini.
Bahan yang diperlukan
- bahan utama :
- 1000 gram ikan kakap merah (menurut ikan yang disukai)
- 1 cup minyak goreng
- Wajan
- Pemanggang
Bumbu yang dihaluskan :
- 50 gram kemiri
- 2 cm kunyit
- 1 cm jahe
- 7 buah cabai rawit
- 2 buah cabai merah
- 8 siung bawang merah
- 4 siung bawang putih
Cara memasaknya :
- Masukkan minyak goreng ke dalam wajan
- Masukkan bumbu yang telah di haluskan, tumis sampai harum.
- kemudian masukkan ikan dan aduk di dalam bumbu sampai merata.
- Panaskan pemanggang lalu bakar ikan samapai kuning kecoklatan (matang)
- Setelah ikan matang, angkat disusun di dalam piring
- Selesai dan selamat menikmati
Lebih enak di nikmati dengan sambal kecap dan nasi putih.
