Chinese Beef Curry With Potatoes

Chineae cuisines are so diverse and changes in every province as they have a large population over a massive land area. Also, the land area is located both in the line if cancer where the weather remains relatively hot and in the northern region where the weather is in the cold region. So, you can find different tyoes of foods here. For exanple, northern people prefer noodles over rice. Also, northern people prefer less spicy foods over spicy foods of the southern regions.

As a muslim I usually go to the Xinjiang-based Halal restaurants and you can find them almost everywher. Also these restaurants are very popular for their authentic foods that you can not find other places. As the number of muslims is not high, these restaurants are depending on solely normal Chinese people. But for muslim community they are the only choice to have launch and dinner there. Today, I have taken my dinner at such a Xinjiang restaurant where I have enjoyed the Chinese Beef Curry with Potatoes. The price of this dish was 22 RMB but most of the places this dish is available at 20 RMB, so, it is 10% more expensive than many other halal restaurants in the area
