Fermenting Habanero and Rawit Bullseye sause ๐ ๐ถ๐ถ๐ถ
I forgot to take picture durring the making of the sause, but hear are the plants they came from ๐

Rawit Bullseye, the seeds are from a chilli bought in the lockal store ๐

Fermentation kit and start culture

First time I try this ๐
I followed this recipie:

1.2 kg Habanero and Rawit Bullseye on my first harvest ๐

All mixed and ready for fermentation prosses, just the waiting left ๐๐ถ

One week later I have 1L of chillisause ๐
And then I putted some chilli in vodka together with raspberry, red currants, shuggar and lemon ๐

Most interesting! You grow your own Choi plant in a bucket!! And you made your own chili sauce with vodka! I wish I could have a small bottle to keep as souvenir!
How come you like chili sauce?! Very hot!

Wow best info.chili is the best option for different kind of food.in bangladesh almost all kind of food use in chili.
