Fermenting Habanero and Rawit Bullseye sause ๐Ÿ˜Ž ๐ŸŒถ๐ŸŒถ๐ŸŒถ

I forgot to take picture durring the making of the sause, but hear are the plants they came from ๐Ÿ˜‰

Rawit Bullseye, the seeds are from a chilli bought in the lockal store ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Fermentation kit and start culture

First time I try this ๐Ÿ˜‰

I followed this recipie:

1.2 kg Habanero and Rawit Bullseye on my first harvest ๐Ÿ˜Ž


All mixed and ready for fermentation prosses, just the waiting left ๐Ÿ˜‰๐ŸŒถ


One week later I have 1L of chillisause ๐Ÿ˜
And then I putted some chilli in vodka together with raspberry, red currants, shuggar and lemon ๐Ÿ˜‰

Most interesting! You grow your own Choi plant in a bucket!! And you made your own chili sauce with vodka! I wish I could have a small bottle to keep as souvenir!

Wow best info.chili is the best option for different kind of food.in bangladesh almost all kind of food use in chili.
