Just wanted to share our dinner for tonight 😊

First I would like to explain what boodle fight is,
This Filipino lifestyle of ingesting originated from the Philippine army in which a massive pile of meals are served in the center of a actually long desk in a mess corridor wherein every hungry soldier eats with their palms symbolizing of camaraderie, brotherhood and equality within the military. The “fight” within the call refers to the act of grabbing and eating as a great deal because the soldier can earlier than others grab them or runs out, don't forget that is served to very hungry men so in case you’re gradual you will truly run out of food.

Usually food are served on top of a desk covered with banana leaves, rice is located at the center and viands are either served on top or on the sides of the rice. Water jugs are also located at the facet used to wash your hands just earlier when the “fight” takes place. No utensils are used while eating and you'll use your bare arms to eat so this is clearly now not a exceptional dining enjoy but accept as true with me it’s manner much greater thrilling to do this instead of those ones which have multiple sets of cutleries and glassware in the front of you.

Now back to our dinner,

As you may see there are numerous delicious ingredients in there. Grilled Tuna Jaw, Grilled Pork, Fresh Leafy Vegetables and a sparkling "Lato" seaweeds, additionally with fresh mango for desserts, We add "lumpia" or spring rolls. And lots and lots of rice!

I advocate in case you are doing this make sure every person is hungry (serve it after an extreme activity) to experience the actual “fight”, you will notice every body might be very busy eating they don’t bother talking to each other and in case you are a slow eater then have good luck to you.
