Spaghetti noodles from Aceh

Today I cook noodle lidi, I often call it spaghetti from aceh.

Ingredients needed
- 200 gram mi lidi, spaghetti aceh
- 2 cloves of onion, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, in slices
- celery some strands, cut into small pieces

- soy sauce
- salt
- powdered broth
Ground spices
- 20 red chillies
- 10 chili pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 onion cloves
- 2 grains of pecan
- 1 tomato
All the ingredients in the milled and then cooked until cooked, take as necessary if most can be stored in the fridge to be in use again tomorrow.
How to Make Spaghetti Noodles
- Cook boiling water next to the boiled noodle for about 5 minutes or until the noodles are soft, then the drain right.
- prepare the pan and heat the oil and saute the onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Enter the spice 2 tablespoons
- Add enough water, celery, salt, soy sauce, and powdered broth
- Then enter the noodles
While stirring, wait until the spices seep into the noodles.
