LEMON CHIA CAKE RECIPE – CHIA SEED CAKE RECIPE

delicious, soft and wet lemon chia cake recipe that's one of these crowd pleaser. It taste so proper and could be very clean to make.

i like lemon in my cakes, they upload a nice trace of tartness to the cake and scents heavenly. This cake is certainly one of my favourite due to the fact i constantly wanted to bake a cake with poppy seed in them. i really like the appearance of the black seeds scattered all over the cake. but i couldn’t discover black poppy seeds in my location so i had put the recipe on maintain. in preference to poppy seeds i used chia seeds in this cake and it turned into delicious.

ingredients
All cause Flour / Maida - 1½ cup (one hundred eighty grams)
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Baking Soda / Cooking Soda - ½ tsp
Salt - a pinch
Unsalted gentle Butter - ½ cup (a hundred and ten grams)
Sugar - 1 cup (200 grams)
Eggs - 2
Lemon Zest - 1 tblsp
Lemon Juice - 2 tblsp
Yogurt / Curd - 1 cup (240 ml)
Chia Seeds - 2 tblsp
(MY 1 CUP MEASURES 240 ML)
instructions
Preheat oven to one hundred eighty diploma C.Grease and flour a eight inch round cake pan and set apart.
Take butter, sugar and salt in a bowl and blend well.
upload eggs and blend nicely.
upload lemon zest and lemon juice and blend properly.
upload in flour, baking soda, baking powder and fold lightly.
add in yogurt and blend nicely.
add in chia seeds and fold lightly.
Spoon it into the prepared pan and bake for 40 to forty five minutes.
get rid of and funky for 15 minutes.
Unmould and cool completely.
Slice and serve.
