Chicken salad
Today I will show you how to make chicken salad :).

boiled chicken - lườn gà luộc
Ingredients: coriander, mints, carrots, spring onion, garlic, black pepper, salt, lemon, red onion, cucumber, peanuts - rau mùi, húng thơm, cà rốt, hành lá, tỏi, tiêu đen, muối, chanh, hành tây tím, dưa chuột, lạc
quick boil the carrot sticks for 2 mins - luộc cà rốt trong 2 phút
cucumber sticks - dưa chuột thái sợi
spring onion - hành lá cắt khúc
shred/tear the chicken - gà xé sợi
mix all ingredients and add the lemon juice, salt, black pepper, garlic to taste - trộn tất cả các loại rồi nêm nước cốt chanh, muối, tiêu, tỏi cho ngấm
add roast peanuts on top - cuối cùng là bỏ lạc lên trên cùng
