MANDOCAS
Ingredients
1 ripe banana
1 cup Precooked Corn Flour
Cheese of the year grated to taste
1 teaspoon vanilla
Frying oil
Sugar brunette

To make this recipe for mandocas, first dissolve all the brown sugar in 2 cups of hot water and let it cool.
The banana is fried with oil then mashed.
To the water of papelón the corn flour is added to him and it is mixed until obtaining a homogenous mass.
Then add the crushed ripe banana, the teaspoon of vanilla and half of the grated hard white cheese to the dough.
Knead until all the ingredients are well united and let stand for about 10 minutes.
If the dough is very hard, you can add a little water to soften it, but taking care that the dough remains homogeneous and firm.
When the dough is ready, first make balls of dough and then turn them into rolls, which form a "U" and join at the ends.
Fry in abundant hot oil, first on one side and then on the other until they are well browned.
When the mandocas are ready, they are served with the rest of the grated cheese and sauce to accompany
