Many people say that drinking coffee is bad for health, mainly because of its caffeine. But many recent studies found out that drinking coffee has several health benefits. We are going to discuss some incredible things that coffee can do to your body.

I drink coffee every morning. I make potting soil with the grinds and mix it with sand. You can add it right into a garden to enrich the soil. Nice post. I use unbleached coffee filters and compost them too. I'm glad it is actually healthy. I get so tired if I don't drink it.
