200 grams chicken thigh fillet
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp black pepper
1 clove garlic
a small piece of ginger (about the size of a fingernail)
1/2 onion
chopped scallions
sesame seeds
1 tsp chili flakes ( optional )
olive oil or cooking oil
50 ml of water
