Ulog # 102: Cooking Spaghetti with Sugar
Howdy Steemians?
Have you eaten a spaghetti with sugar? Hmm not yet? Why don't you try this?
My family and I love pasta, red or white, as long as it is pasta. In the Philippines whenever we cook pasta, the children will ask 'What's the occasion? Who's birthday is it?' ^_^ Because most of the time we see pasta, especially spaghetti, on our table if someone has a birthday! But here in UAE, we cook spaghetti any time we want as in literally any day.
My second ulog story for today is all about cooking spaghetti... with sugar
Ingredients:
Instructions:
1.) Mince a glove of garlic, 2 pieces of onions and 3 pieces of carrots.
2.) Slice the pack of hotdog into pieces and open up the ground beef and put it on a plate to freshen up the frozen ground beef.
3.) Now saute the garlic and onions together.
4.) When it is slightly brown add up the ground beef and add the seasonings, pepper and salt to taste. Mixed all the ingredients together and cook it for few minutes before you add the...
5.) Add the hotdogs and carrots.
6.) When all the ingredients are slightly brown and almost cook, add tomato ketchup to taste, mixed it and add a little water so the sauce won't be all tomato ketchup and not too sour. Adding a little water, will lessen the thickness of the sauce and will lessen the sourness of it.
7.) Now keep on mixing it and bring it to boil for few minutes.
8.) Once boiled, add some grated cheese and mix it.
9.) Now save the best for last, add one spoonful of sugar, white or brown sugar will do, this will do the trick of a little sweetness in your spaghetti sauce. ^_^ And you will definitely love it... hopefully c",)
...now bring it to boil and then remove it from heat and save it for later.
Pasta
This is very easy just put your pasta into boiling water with few drops of oil and a pinch of salt and cook it for 7-8 minutes. Once done, remove it from the heat and strain the pasta under running water.
Now, it is ready to serve... ENJOY! ^_^
Hope you like our cooking lesson for today! Until next time... bye for now!
