"My Special Recipe For Oil Free Okra soup Health Benefits And Culture"

It is with great pleasure for me to share this wonderful recipe with you all today I hope my cooking process will be transparent enough to understand for the purpose of recreation.
This is okra soup made from okra (lady finger) it has different preparation method it can be fried with melon or with other vegetables and also can be used in making pepper soup but on this particular recipe oil won't be needed as am making oil free okra soup, let quickly dive to the ingredients used and preparation process please read through.
ingredients
• Okra
• Scent leaf
• Mackerel fish
• Periwinkle
• cow skin
• dried chicken
• crayfish
• pepper
• season cubes
• salt
• Bush mango
Preparation process
I start by cleaning and washing my ingredients which includes fish, chicken, cowskin, Periwinkle into my cooking pot.
Then I added blended pepper, seasoning cubes and salt to it with a little quantity of water and let it cook for 5 minutes before I adjusted with more water just enough for the entire cooking process.
I prepared the okra cut and roufully blended half of it while hand was unblended I set that aside took out the Mackerel fish so it won't scatter then I poured in the blended bush mango mixed with crayfish inside the steaming ingredients turned it and allowed it to continue cooking.
I poured in the blended Okra first allowed it cook for 1 minutes before adding the unblended one.
I took out some Periwinkle from it shell washed and poured into the pot while I continue cooking.
I added the Mackerel fish I had removed back into the pot then I poured in the chopped scent leaf stirred and brought down the pot of soup which was ready to be served.
Oil free okra soup is highly nutritious it has high fibre such as vitamin A, C and K it also has antioxidant, low in fat and calories which can be of great help in weight management it also supports digestion, heart health and blood sugar control.
This delicious recipe can be found in the list of the numerous numbers of special dishes made in Akwa Ibom State this means it also part of my cultural heritage, it can be made a little bit watery and can be eaten as pepper soup .
