I think everyone loves sweet pears. They are greenish, amber-yellow, slightly elongated, covered with smooth skin. Juicy sweet pulp of pears can be pale pink or golden yellow with small dark brownstones.
Many call the pear "golden tree". After all, the fruits of pears are not only tasty but also very healthy. They contain many vitamins B and C, potassium, magnesium and iron salts.
What only delicacies can be made from pears. From them jam and jams are cooked, mousses and compotes, pears are dried and pickled.
