WARM SALAD WITH RABBIT LIVER.

Composition:
The liver of a rabbit (one rabbit)
Eggs boiled in steep – 2 pieces
Potatoes (medium) – 1 PC.
Yellow small tomatoes – 2 PCs.
Hard cheese – 100 gr.
Black pepper – to taste.
Salt – to taste.
Tomato sauce for the filling.\
The grapes for decoration.

 Method of preparation:
1. Soak the rabbit liver in cold water for about 30 minutes.

2. Cut the liver in small pieces and fry for 15 minutes, turning occasionally.

3. Cook the potatoes, eggs boil hard boiled, tomatoes, finely chop. While eggs and potatoes are warm, cut them finely, mix with tomatoes and liver, salt and pepper. Dressed with tomato sauce. Top three cheese on the salad, decorate the dish with the grapes.
